Job Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, quotations and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
Review construction drawings, specifications and tender documents.
Monitor project costs, budgets and expenditures.
Handle progress claims, variation orders (VO) and final accounts.
Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and suppliers.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing.
Ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Preferably 2–5 years of relevant construction experience.
Familiar with cost estimation, tendering and contract administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software.
Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
