Salary: RM2,600 – RM3,000+ per month

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Wash, cut, portion, and prepare ingredients according to restaurant standards.
• Kitchen Operations: Assist with preparing soup bases, sauces, ingredients, and other food items as instructed by the chef or kitchen supervisor.
• Food Quality Control: Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared according to established standards.
• Stock Management: Assist with receiving, checking, storing, and replenishing kitchen ingredients and supplies.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness in kitchen workstations, utensils, equipment, and storage areas.
• Food Safety: Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with chefs, kitchen supervisors, and other team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Equipment Handling: Use kitchen tools and equipment safely and report any malfunction or maintenance issues.
• Operational Support: Assist with dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizens only.
• Previous kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and a good team player.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to maintain good personal hygiene and follow food safety standards.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform routine kitchen duties.
