岗位职责
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager and Project Engineer in the daily planning, coordination, and execution of site activities.
Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and in-house workers to ensure smooth site operations.
Work closely with the project team and site personnel to ensure that works are completed according to the project schedule.
Ensure all construction and installation works are carried out in accordance with approved construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Ensure all works are executed in accordance with the required quality standards and acceptable workmanship.
Attend daily toolbox meetings and communicate clear work instructions, safety requirements, and daily work targets to workers.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, scope of work, safety regulations, and site procedures.
Identify and promptly report site issues, work delays, quality concerns, and safety hazards to the Project Manager or Project Engineer.
Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to resolve site issues and minimise disruption to the project schedule.
Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to workplace safety and health requirements at all times.
Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Project Engineer.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines are preferred.
No prior working experience is required, as on-the-job training and guidance will be provided.
Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced construction site environment.
