Looking for Dotnet Developer and L2 Support Engineer at Kuala Lumpur Location
1. Job Summary
We are looking for a Developer/Engineer with experience in Investments & Wealth to support application maintenance, release management, and quality assurance activities. The candidate should have a good understanding of investment and wealth management banking applications, along with technical skills in .NET and SQL.
2. Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 application support for the Investments & Wealth platform.
Work on application issues, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Support release management activities, including release preparation, deployment coordination, and post-release validation.
Perform quality assurance activities to ensure application changes meet business and technical requirements.
Analyse SQL queries and investigate database-related issues using MS-SQL.
Support application enhancements, bug fixes, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with development, testing, and business teams to resolve production issues.
Ensure application stability and follow established support procedures.
