岗位职责
Lead large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project execution strategies, construction methodologies, resource plans, and delivery schedules.
Direct project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
Monitor project progress, programme, budget, quality, safety, and overall SEQDC performance.
Manage procurement, cost forecasting, contract administration, variations, and commercial risks.
Ensure compliance with applicable WSH, environmental, quality, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, authorities, and utility agencies.
Oversee statutory approvals, permits, inspections, commissioning, handover, and project closeout.
Prepare management reports and contribute to tender reviews, pre-construction planning, and business development activities.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of relevant construction industry experience, including substantial project management and senior leadership experience.
Extensive experience in large-scale building or infrastructure developments.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls, contract administration, procurement, cost management, and risk management.
Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations, statutory approvals, and industry requirements.
