岗位职责
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources & Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
HR Operations: Support daily HR operations, including payroll administration, leave management, MPF administration, annual taxation, and employee insurance processing.
Talent Acquisition: Assist in the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Work Injury & Risk Management: Handle work-related injury cases end-to-end, liaise closely with insurance providers, and ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution.
Data Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and attendance reports with high accuracy.
Documentation: Prepare, draft, and organize HR and administrative documents, letters, and reports as required.
Company Events: Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.
Ad-hoc Projects: Manage ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of solid experience in HR roles, with hands-on experience in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, payroll, and MPF administration.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
