Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer – Dairy Products
• Position Title: Production Planner
• Working Location: Pioneer
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 7:45am – 8.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Shift Support Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, demand forecasts and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of orders.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to resolve capacity constraints or operational issues.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with R&D to ensure timely replenishment of production materials.
• Oversee warehouse receiving, storage and dispatch activities.
• Monitor stock movements between warehouse and production areas.
• Identify ways to improve production planning accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of production planning or scheduling experience using production scheduling software.
• Able to understand production speeds and their impact on scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for preparing reports.
• Meticulous, diligent and able to manage priorities under tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
