About the Company
Join a well-established manufacturer serving customers across global markets. As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting production activities, coordinating schedules, managing work orders, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to achieve operational and delivery targets.
Location & Benefits
Work Location: Jalan Buroh
Company Transport Provided from Boon Lay MRT Station (currently one-way service, with plans to implement two-way transport in the future)
Monday – Friday, Office Hours

Stable and Collaborative Working Environment
Support daily administration and operational coordination within the Plating Department.
Responsibilities
Track attendance and leave, and liaise with HR on payroll discrepancies.
Prepare onboarding and exit documents, and coordinate Work Permit renewals with HR.
Manage uniforms, PPE, chemicals and consumables inventory.
Raise purchase requests/orders and coordinate supplier deliveries.
Maintain chemical records and support safe storage, waste disposal and NEA e-tracking submissions.
Record utility consumption and prepare monthly reports.
Support 6S activities, safety inspections, audits and corrective actions.
Maintain documentation for regulatory submissions, permit renewals and inspections.
Perform other production support and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum GCE O-Level.
Experience in manufacturing; plating or chemical industry exposure is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with attendance management systems.
Organised, meticulous and comfortable supporting shop-floor operations.
