Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented KYC Operations Agent to support daily verification and compliance operations within the digital payment services industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and verify customer information and submitted documents according to established verification procedures.
• Perform customer screening in line with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
• Identify discrepancies or incomplete information and follow the appropriate escalation procedures.
• Ensure accurate case processing while meeting daily productivity and quality targets.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry, customer service, administrative support or operations is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling information.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Able to work full-time on-site and adapt to rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Must be available for the full contract period.

Employment Details

• Basic Salary: RM2,200 per month
• KPI Incentive: Up to RM400 per month, subject to performance
• Shift Allowance: RM400 per month for eligible GY shift employees
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Work Location: Mercu 2, Kuala Lumpur
• Work Arrangement: Fully on-site
• Working Schedule: Rotational shifts, including weekends
• AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• PM Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• GY Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Additional Benefits

• Annual leave is provided on a prorated basis of one day per month of service.
• Tenure allowance of RM100 per year of service, subject to applicable eligibility and a maximum of RM400.
