Job Summary

Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, financial analysis, and reporting while working closely with business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial planning and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Review open Purchase Orders (POs) and identify outstanding liabilities.
• Maintain cost allocation structures and calculation rules, and execute cost allocations accurately.
• Perform revenue and cost analysis to support business decision-making.
• Support cost center closing, forecasting, and annual planning for operating expenses, capital expenditure, and headcount.
• Work closely with stakeholders to prepare forecasts and annual plans, analyse financial trends, and explain variances against plans.
• Prepare monthly closing and forecast reporting packages, including schedules, commentary, and risk assessments.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support finance-related projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with internship or 1–2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, FP&A, or Financial Analysis are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
