Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer, preferably in the engineering industry

Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate and execute complex projects

Technical expertise in engineering principles, design, and construction

Proficiency in project management software and tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve project-related issues

Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards and quality control measures

Overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of engineering projects from inception to completion

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, technicians and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery

Identifying and mitigating project risks, implementing appropriate risk management strategies

Monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators and providing regular updates to stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards and quality control measures

Providing technical expertise and problem-solving support to project teams as needed

Participating in the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures
