Job Scope – Beverage Crew

• Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, milk tea and other drinks according to SOP.
• Take customers’ orders and provide friendly and efficient service.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared accurately and consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage preparation area, counter and equipment.
• Check and replenish beverage ingredients, packaging and other supplies.
• Handle basic cashier and payment duties when required.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the outlet.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company SOP requirements.
• Assist the team with daily cafe operations and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a team.
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
