We are looking for experienced candidates in Museum Programmes and Exhibitions with keen interest in the Arts and History.

• Up to $4,000 per month
• 1-year contract
• Mon - Fri, office hours
• Central Area

What to expect:

• Manage artefact acquisitions, donations, incoming and outgoing loans, including legal agreements, logistics, conservation, customs compliance, insurance, and shipment coordination.
• Provide registrar support for exhibitions, gallery rotations, and artefact-related projects through scheduling, space planning, artefact movement tracking, inventory management, and conservation arrangements.
• Oversee museum artefact store operations and stakeholder coordination, including inventory control, environmental monitoring, stock-taking, documentation, reporting, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Support the conceptualisation and execution of monthly onsite and online programmes and exhibitions, including weekend events, programme setup/tear-down, crowd management, activity facilitation, visitor engagement, and coordination with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate programme publication, manage school bookings, and oversee scheduling for the academic year.

Who we are looking for:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with 2 years of experience in Project Management within Museums/Exhibitions.
• Self-driven, proactive, and resourceful.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
