• Cashiering duties;
• Guide residents to make S&CC payment on e-platforms;
• Attend to residents on feedback matters as part of the front line customer service team;
• Assist in cases creation in the system;
• Follow up with residents on the progress of the cases that have been attended by the estate team or other department (case by case) prior closing it in the system;
• Liaise with other team members from other departments pertaining to the feedback or queries cases;
• Assist with Facilities Booking matters;
• House visits;
• Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Sengkang Town Council (SKTC) was established on 30 July 2020 and took over the management of Sengkang Town on 28 October 2020. Comprising the four divisions of Anchorvale, Buangkok, Compassvale and Rivervale, SKTC is responsible for the management of approximately 56,000 residential and commercial units.

Together with a team of professionals and appointed Town Councillors, SKTC manages the upkeep of the common areas of the HDB estates in Sengkang Town, and is supported by experienced industry and community leaders who form committees to oversee the various areas of town council management.
