The Client
The Client is an established Singapore Business Process AI Consultancy firm. They bring the most effective and efficient changes to companies’ business processes with cutting edge AI technology.

Applications Project Manager
. Candidates who enjoy a fast-paced setting, autonomy, rise to challenges, and can produce results are encouraged to apply. You will report to a local Manager and work with cross border teams within APAC region in North Asia. Selected candidate must be subjected to government security clearance.
Responsibilities
Lead delivery of application projects from start to go-live, under guidance from senior delivery leadership on larger or higher-risk projects.
Plan scope, timelines, budget and resources.
Run Scrum ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, refinement, reviews, retros.
Manage the backlog with BAs and Product Owners.
Track velocity, burndown and delivery metrics.
Remove blockers and manage change requests.
Support client stakeholder communication, escalating to senior management for major decisions.
Prepare status reports.
Maintain RAID logs and escalate risks early.
Make sure work meets the Definition of Done and UAT criteria.
Requirements
Diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
3–5 years in IT project management, with 1–2 years on application projects.
Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
Hands-on with Jira or Azure DevOps.
Working understanding of the SDLC.
Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple projects at once.
Nice to have
PMP certification.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM).
Familiarity with the Cloud and AI.
Exposure to government or regulated-industry projects.
