教育与经验（优先）

• Provide pre-sales and post-claim technical support to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of product-related inquiries and issues.

• Support the Sales Team by compiling product data, preparing technical documentation, and providing product-related information as required.

• Prepare document, and submit field service reports, technical reports, and claim investigation reports in a timely manner.

• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve product technical, quality, and customer-related issues through systematic analysis and corrective actions.

• Conduct product training, technical briefings, and refresher sessions for customers, dealers, distributors, and internal staff as required.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring adequate supplies and proper housekeeping.

• Travel locally and overseas, including at short notice, to provide technical support, claim investigations, product inspections, customer visits, and sales support.

• Support the Product Support Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing departmental objectives, policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with the Claim, Sales, Quality, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient claim handling and customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical support to the Claim and Sales teams throughout the product claim process, including root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations.

• Attend customer meetings, pre-job planning meetings, project discussions, and technical presentations related to product applications and performance.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other applicable standards.

• Assist in developing and implementing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plans in compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and customer requirements.

• Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations in all work activities.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
