Construction Site Manager

Location: Solaris Mont’ Kiara, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM10,000 – RM13,000 per month
Employment Type: Project-Based Contract
Working Hours: Monday–Saturday, with alternate Sundays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About Our Client

Our client is an established CIDB-accredited Main Contractor with over 25 years of experience in commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure, earthworks and interior construction projects.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards.

This is a hands-on position suited to a construction professional with solid Main Contractor experience, particularly those who have managed industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day construction site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site personnel and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress against project schedules and take corrective action where necessary.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues to minimise delays and disruptions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, engineers and relevant authorities.
• Monitor site resources, workmanship and overall construction performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of site management experience.
• Main Contractor experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, quality control and safety practices.
• Experience managing industrial construction projects is highly preferred.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders, work independently and resolve site challenges effectively.
• Valid driving licence and own transport.
• Mandarin proficiency is required.
