Feather and Bone Holdings Ltd is a Premium Grocer & Restaurant concept . We are located in Central / Happy Valley / Clearwater Bay / Sai Ying Pun / Mid-Levels / Wan Chai/ Tsuen Wan / Yuen Long/ Sai Kung & Causeway Bay Hong Kong.
Launched by the founders of the popular “Three Butchers” online deli, Feather and bone brings top quality meats sourced directly from Australian farmers to the heart of Hong Kong. In-store and through the online store customers can get premium cuts of meat hand-cut daily by our butchers. Our market-fresh produce is selected daily by our dedicated staff in addition to our selection of seasonal products imported from Australia, Europe and the US.
Commis Chef (5 days & 5 hours daily)

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and team-oriented Commis Chef to join our kitchen in Hong Kong Island. Whether you are a culinary school graduate or someone looking to start your journey in a professional kitchen, we provide the environment for you to grow.
The Role
As a Commis Chef, you will support our kitchen operations and learn the foundations of professional cooking. Your responsibilities will include:
Food Preparation: Assisting in recipe development and ensuring artistic food presentation.
Quality Control: Checking the freshness of ingredients and maintaining high food standards.
Operational Support: Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining a spotless workspace and strictly following food sanitation and safety protocols.
Maintenance: Inspecting equipment and supplies for functionality and cleanliness.
Working Schedule: 5 working days weekly with 5 hours a day
What We Are Looking For
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 year of professional kitchen experience is required
Mindset: A positive "can-do" attitude and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills; you should be a reliable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Organization: Well-organized, service-oriented and able to work independently when needed.
