On-Demand Video Shoot Coordinator
Location: Singapore | On-Site | Part-Time / Freelance / On-Demand

Sustainable Growth Experts (SGE) is a Singapore-based healthcare marketing agency helping doctors, specialists, and clinics grow through performance-driven marketing and business development strategies.

We’re looking for an organized and confident Video Shoot Coordinator to manage our on-site video shoots in Singapore, primarily involving doctors, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
You’ll be the main point of contact on-site, making sure the talent, environment, schedule, and overall shoot flow are well-managed while working alongside our designated videographer.
You do not need to be a videographer. We’re looking for someone with strong coordination, client-facing, and people management skills, ideally from wedding coordination, events, production, or a similar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main on-site POC for video shoots
• Coordinate schedules, clients, talent, and the assigned videographer
• Manage the overall shoot flow and keep sessions running on schedule
• Prepare and guide talent before and during filming
• Operate the teleprompter and adjust pacing as needed
• Cue talent and confidently direct retakes when necessary
• Guide basic positioning, posture, expression, and on-camera delivery
• Assist with simple appearance touch-ups such as anti-shine powder, hair, or wardrobe adjustments
• Check backgrounds, clothing, props, and other visual details before recording
• Prepare and organize the shooting space to ensure it is camera-ready
• Work closely with the videographer throughout the shoot
• Proactively resolve on-site issues and ensure a smooth client experience

Requirements

• Based in Singapore and able to travel to different shoot locations
• Experience in wedding coordination, event coordination, production coordination, stage management, talent coordination, or similar client-facing roles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Confident communicating with and directing professionals on camera
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for presentation
• Comfortable operating a teleprompter or willing to learn
• Comfortable assisting with basic appearance touch-ups when needed
• Professional, dependable, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Flexible availability for ad-hoc, project-based shoots
