Job Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in preparing ingredients, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning food.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and cooking equipment promptly.
• Store food and ingredients properly according to food safety standards.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing stock deliveries.
• Replenish kitchen supplies and notify supervisors when stock is running low.
• Dispose of waste and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times.
• Support the kitchen team during meal preparation and service.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules if required.

Pay: From $2,300.00 per month
