Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency

Train, mentor, and manage staff to improve team performance and service quality

Oversee inventory management by monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies timely to prevent shortages

Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction

Handle customer complaints by promptly resolving issues to enhance guest experience

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, supporting operational efficiency

Prepare and manage budgets by controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation

Required competencies and certifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry

Strong organizational and leadership skills demonstrated through managing teams and operations

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards

Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage with customers and staff
