Job Responsibilities
Provide warm and professional front-line customer service to walk-in customers.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including payments and receipts.
Attend to customer enquiries and provide information on the company's products and services.
Assist customers with account-related requests and documentation.
Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Perform basic administrative duties, filing, and record keeping.
Maintain a clean and welcoming customer service environment.
Support branch operations and other duties assigned by the Branch Manager.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma.
Prior experience in
customer service, cashiering, retail, banking, or hospitality
is preferred.
Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
Comfortable handling cash and performing basic administrative tasks.
Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).
Candidates with no banking experience but strong front-line customer service experience are welcome to apply.
