We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented Hotel Front Desk Executive to join our team. No prior experience or special qualifications are required—comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate! As the main point of contact for our hotel, you will welcome guests, manage smooth check-in and check-out processes, handle enquiries, and process payments. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service and ensure our guests enjoy a pleasant stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Registration & Check-In/Check-Out:

- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and guide them through the complete registration process.

- Facilitate efficient and friendly check-in and check-out services.

- Verify guest details, issue room keys, and assign rooms as needed.

Guest Enquiries & Service:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, responding politely and professionally to all enquiries (in person, via phone, or email).

- Provide helpful information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.

- Listen to guest concerns and assist in resolving issues to ensure complete satisfaction.

 Payment & Financial Transactions:

- Accurately handle payments from guests using cash, credit cards, and other payment methods during check-in, check-out, or reservations.

- Manage guest billing, issue receipts, and reconcile transactions at the end of your shift.

General Duties

- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

- Follow all hotel safety and security protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Shift Work Required: Must be flexible and willing to work in rotating shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

- No Experience Needed: Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for beginners or career changers.

- A positive, approachable, and guest-first attitude.

- Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.
