Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, cable patching, and basic configuration of servers and network equipment.
• Assist in routine and ad-hoc equipment health checks, basic troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Assist with the implementation and training of IT systems in various factories in Malaysia.
• Assist in the overall management of computer equipment and network facilities, ensuring efficient operation of the office environment.
• Assist in system monitoring by monitoring system performance and security, identifying and resolving potential issues to maintain optimal system health.
• Set up IT equipment for new and existing staff and troubleshoot IT-related problems encountered by employees.

Requirements

• Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin.
• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related industry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Kingdee ERP System, Caretop System Portal, iKuai Network Management System, and Hikvision CCTV Surveillance Systems is an advantage.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting TP-Link routers, switches, and iKuai wireless access points (APs).
• Knowledge of Canon multifunction copiers and printers, including maintenance and user support.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
