About Smartpaw
Smartpaw is a growing pet tech brand in Singapore selling smart pet products — automatic litter boxes, smart feeders, pet fountains, and pet care essentials. We sell across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our own online store.
We're looking for a reliable part-time assistant to help with our daily warehouse and fulfillment operations every morning.
What You'll Do
Pick, pack, and label customer orders for dispatch
Receive and check incoming stock deliveries from suppliers
Organize and keep the warehouse clean and tidy
Assist with stocktaking and basic inventory checks
Help with courier and Lalamove handoffs for order dispatch and customer returns
Support other basic operational tasks when needed
Reply to basic customer inquiries (order status, delivery updates) and attend to walk-in customers when needed
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
Reliable and punctual — consistency matters most
Comfortable with physical work — lifting boxes, standing, moving stock
Honest and careful — handle products and orders with care
Able to commit to 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Able to commit to 5 days a week from 9:30am to 6:00pm (Monday to Saturday, with 1 weekday off)
Good to Have (but not required):
Pet lover or pet owner
Previous experience in warehouse, packing, or retail
Lives near Bukit Batok / Trade Hub 21 area
Schedule & Pay
9:30am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break), 5 days a week
Morning shift (exact timing to be discussed, e.g. 9am–12pm)
Monday – Saturday with 1 fixed weekday off
$10.00 – $13.00/hour depending on experience
$10.50 – $13.00/hour depending on experience
