岗位职责

Responsibilities:

Architectural design, production and presentation work for residential, and mixed-use projects;
Collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to review, manage, and verify construction drawings, technical design detailing, and comprehensive project documentation;
Coordinate multidisciplinary external teams, including lead architects and main contractors;
Work closely with internal and external parties to monitor the project budget, assist in managing variations, and proactively resolve site conflicts or design clashes to mitigate delays.

Requirements:

Registered Architect and Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), or an equivalent recognized professional institute
8-10 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design, project management, and construction supervision
Strong in construction drawings, technical design detailing, and with refined design sense
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, MS Project, Photoshop, Illustrator, AI
In-depth understanding of relevant regulations, land administration procedures and the local real estate market
Strong team player who can work independently, provide support to senior members and delegate to junior members of the team
Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin, English and Cantonese
