Summary:
To Support Logistic Store on all receiving activities.
Data entry, store arrangement, coordinator including new project implementation.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving and Issuing of Materials
• System update for all receiving and issuing transaction
• MRB physical verification, pack and arrangement for RTV
• Generate GRN and PRP for return materials.
• System transaction for all MRB disposition (RTV)
• Sub-Contract movement receiving and issuing and JT Scanning.
• To ensure receiving store are proper arrange and label.
• To monitor on recycle bin and RTV parts are return accordingly.
• To maintain filing of receiving document.
• To attend custom and assist for customer delivery
• To carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time
• Attend EHS induction training and competent on identifying hazards at workplaces to prevent work related incident.
• Make Contribution on Improving EHS performance through participation on the EHS Programs and activities.
• To adhere with EHSMS procedures and safety instruction and aware on its implication when not comply.
• Reporting work related incident to respective superior for taking appropriate improvement actions.
• Provide feedback / Suggestions pertaining to applicable EHS concerns.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
