Key Responsibilities
Project Planning:
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using industry software (such as Procore or Fieldwire).
Budget & Cost Management:
Prepare accurate cost estimates, negotiate vendor contracts, and monitor ongoing expenses to prevent overruns.
Procurement:
Secure necessary building permits, licenses, equipment, and materials from trusted suppliers.
Team Leadership:
Hire subcontractors, assign tasks to site workers, and supervise performance across multiple teams.
Site Supervision & Safety:
Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with local building codes and OSHA standards.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary contact for client updates, progress reports, and design feasibility consultations with architects and engineers.
Risk & Issue Resolution:
Proactively identify project delays, resource shortages, or safety concerns and implement effective corrective measures.
Willingness to undertake night shift duty.
