Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or e-commerce is an advantage (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Minimum SPM qualification.

Willing to work 6 days per week.

Able to work on shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night Shift), weekends, and public holidays.

Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Facebook, Instagram, or other e-commerce/social media platforms is an advantage.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle enquiries professionally.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Respond to customer enquiries via live chat, WhatsApp, social media, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers with product information, order enquiries, payment verification, delivery status, returns, exchanges, and after-sales support.

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers by providing friendly and personalized service.

Accurately update customer information, enquiries, and order records in the system.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, logistics, and marketing) to ensure customer requests are handled promptly.

Monitor and respond to messages received through e-commerce platforms and social media channels.

Support online promotional campaigns by assisting customers with vouchers, discounts, and campaign enquiries.

Assist with simple product content creation, including taking product photos or short videos for social media and e-commerce platforms when required.

Support live-selling sessions (Live Host) by preparing products, responding to live chat enquiries, and following up with customers after live sessions.

Perform general administrative and customer service duties assigned by the supervisor.
