You will be assigned to work with a subsidiary of a MNC. This is a 1 year contract.

1. Overall objective of the role:

Responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, security, performance, and continuous improvement of the organization's IT infrastructure. The role will design, implement, operate, monitor, and optimize enterprise infrastructure services across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring secure and resilient connectivity, effective cloud governance, and strong security controls. The position will proactively manage infrastructure risks, incidents, vulnerabilities, capacity, and technology lifecycle while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and industry best practices.

Provide operational backup to the infrastructure team lead and take ownership of infrastructure operations, incident coordination, vendor escalation, and stakeholder communication when delegated or during the lead's absence.

The role will manage network, cloud, and security domains as integrated and interdependent functions, embedding security requirements into infrastructure architecture, implementation, operations, and lifecycle management rather than treating security as a separate activity.

2. How the role contributes to organizational goals:

1. Ensure a secure, reliable, scalable, and highly available IT infrastructure across network, cloud, and security domains to support uninterrupted business operations.
2. Manage infrastructure and security monitoring alerts and incidents, coordinating with internal operations and security teams for smooth IT operations.
3. Enable secure digital transformation, cloud adoption, data protection, and responsible AI implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure roles (system/network & security administration, cloud support)

• 3+ years in hands-on security engineering or infrastructure security operations

• Experience working in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)

• Involvement in at least one incident response, infrastructure audit, or penetration testing

engagement

• Technical Expertise and hands-on experience on the below technologies

o Network Switches – Meraki and Cisco

o Network Access Points – Meraki and Cisco

o Firewalls – Palo-Alto and Cisco

o Advanced Threat Protection – Palo-Alto

o Zero Trust Network – Palo-Alto

o SIEM Tool – Azure Sentinel

o Vulnerability Management tools – Qualys, Nessus

o Cloud Security – Azure, AWS

• Certifications (Preferred)

o CCNA/CCNP (Data and Security)

o Azure Cloud Security Certifications

o Certified Information Systems Security Professional
