Good with data and enjoy working with systems? Join a team supporting data reporting, management reports and day-to-day operations. A great opportunity to build hands-on experience in IT, data and administration.

Nearest MRT: Novena (Central Region)
Working Hours: Mon–Thu, 8:30am–6:00pm | Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm
Salary: Up to $3.3K per month
Contract Duration: 12-months

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate management reports and data for operational reporting.
• Support data processing and reporting for ComLink+ operations.
• Develop and maintain guides for data retrieval processes.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for programme operations.
• Organise and structure large amounts of information accurately.
• Support other operational and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related discipline, or relevant experience in data or administrative support.
• Experience with Python or other programming languages is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with data.
• Strong attention to detail when handling and organising large amounts of information.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Experience in public-sector operations or office administration is an added advantage.
