Researcher Job scope:

1.      Assist the Recruiter team in the selection and sourcing of candidates.

2.      Edit and publish job advertisement across various job portals and social media platforms

3.      Participate in interview and assessment skills.

4.      Support internal recruitment process, including resume screening and shortlisting candidates.

5.      Maintain and update the candidate database accurately and regularly.

6.      Conduct candidate outreach though cod calling and email communication.

Job Requirements:

1.      Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

2.      Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.

3.      Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4.      Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.

• 5.      Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job portals.
