Job Description: Full-Time Online & Offline Livestream Host

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident, and creative individuals to join our team as Full-Time Online & Offline Livestream Hosts.

This role focuses on entertainment, audience engagement, livestream PK sessions, and showcasing individual talents. No product selling is required.

Whether you have previous livestreaming experience or are new to the industry, we welcome candidates who are passionate about performing, communicating, and entertaining an online audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Host daily livestream sessions on TikTok for a minimum of 6 hours per day.
• Interact with viewers and create an engaging, entertaining livestream experience.
• Participate in livestream PK sessions, audience challenges, and interactive activities.
• Showcase your personality, skills, and individual talents during livestreams.
• Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere to encourage audience participation.
• Work closely with the Operations Team to improve livestream performance.
• Follow the assigned livestream schedule and meet the company's performance requirements.

Salary & Benefits

1. Salary Structure

• Basic Salary
• Full Attendance Bonus

2. Salary Range

Candidates Proficient in 2 Languages

• 22 working days per month: RM2,000–RM6,000
• 26 working days per month: RM2,500–RM6,000

Candidates Proficient in 3 Languages

• 22 working days per month: RM2,500–RM6,000
• 26 working days per month: RM3,000–RM6,000

The final basic salary and commission arrangement will be determined according to the company's salary structure, language proficiency, and individual performance.

3. Trial Period

• Duration: 5 consecutive days.
• Trial allowance: RM30 per day.
• Candidates must complete all 5 days continuously without interruption.
• Candidates who demonstrate good performance may be considered for an earlier transition to the next stage, subject to company approval.

4. Probation Period

• Duration: 30 days.
• Salary structure: Basic Salary + Commission.
• Performance will be evaluated during the probation period.

Livestreaming Requirements

• Minimum 6 hours of livestreaming per day.
• The TikTok livestreaming account belongs to the host.
• No product selling or direct sales activities are required.
• The livestreaming format focuses on entertainment, audience interaction, PK sessions, and individual talents.
• One-on-one guidance, training, and ongoing support will be provided by the Operations Team.

Important: If the host fails to complete the required 6 hours of livestreaming per day, payout will be calculated based on 20% of the generated revenue or streaming performance, in accordance with the applicable company policy.

Equipment & Facilities Provided

For Work From Office (WFO) hosts, the company provides:

• Dedicated livestreaming room or studio.
• Mobile phone.
• Phone cooler, if required.
• Lighting equipment.
• Training, guidance, and operational support.

Commission & Performance Incentives

• Commission is calculated based on a tiered target system.
• Additional performance bonuses may be awarded according to the applicable company policy.
• Earnings may increase with stronger livestream performance and achievement of assigned targets.
