Responsibilities

• What You'll Do
• Perform end-to-end testing of both frontend and backend systems
• Design and execute API testing using tools such as Postman
• Create and execute test cases for SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and Sanity Testing
• Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Teams
• Support release readiness, quality validation, and production rollouts

Requirements

• What We're Looking For
• 3-5 years of Software QA / Testing experience
• Strong hands-on experience in backend testing (databases, APIs, microservices, business logic)
• Experience in frontend testing and end-to-end validation
• Experience designing and executing API tests
• Familiar with defect management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, or ALM
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams
• Nice to Have
• Insurance industry experience
• Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks
