Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing projects. The successful candidate will assist project managers with documentation, scheduling, progress tracking, and communication to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in accordance with established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams.
• Prepare, organise, and maintain project documents, contracts, and reports.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project schedules.
• Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and outstanding tasks.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records and update project tracking systems.
• Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and other project-related administrative matters.
• Support compliance with company procedures and project documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in project administration, coordination, or office support is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
