Associate Application Consultant (Project)

We are looking for a proactive, analytical and client-focused Associate Application Consultant (Project) to support the successful implementation of our enterprise software solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, problem-solving and working with clients. You will help analyze business requirements, configure and test applications, support data conversion, prepare customization specifications and assist users throughout project implementation.

You should enjoy translating business needs into practical solutions, collaborating with clients, developers and project teams, and continuously learning new technologies and consulting practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze and map client functional requirements against available software features to support solution design
• Prepare customization specifications and collaborate with developers to implement tailored solutions
• Install, configure, and test software systems in client environments to ensure operational readiness
• Execute data conversion activities to migrate client data accurately and efficiently
• Provide day-to-day software support to client users, resolving issues and enhancing user experience
• Collaborate effectively with local and offshore teams to deliver projects on time and within scope

 Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
• Experience (0-3 years) in application consulting, systems implementation, or IT advisory roles,
• New IT Graduate are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System, SQL scripting, and programming skills
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex requirements into practical solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Customer service orientation with effective client handling skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within team environments
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in new technologies and consulting practices
• Singapore Citizen and Singapore Permanent Resident preferred
