Looking to kick-start your career in recruitment? Join us as a Recruitment Associate and gain practical experience supporting our Singapore-based consultants in connecting clients with the right talent.

You’ll be involved throughout the recruitment journey, from sourcing and engaging candidates to coordinating interviews and managing candidate relationships. This is an opportunity to develop your communication, stakeholder management, and recruitment skills while gaining valuable exposure to the Singapore market. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

What You'll Do:

• Identify and connect with potential candidates through job portals, social media, sourcing platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates based on clients’ hiring requirements.
• Partner with Singapore-based consultants to understand role requirements, candidate expectations, and client needs.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, and suitability.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Keep candidates informed with timely updates and provide support throughout their recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment activities in the ATS.

What We're Looking For:

Any Bachelor's degree

Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Sales-driven mindset (includes KPI-driven and performance-based rewards)
