Job Responsibilities:
- Skilled in troubleshooting and maintenance of laptops/desktops, operating systems, and office software applications.
- Skilled in supporting IT infrastructure facilities, such as server room operations, structured cabling systems, UPS, door access control/CCTV systems, air conditioning, etc.
- Have awareness of AI-enabled office automation and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve the efficiency of helpdesk support, knowledge base maintenance, data organization, and report generation.
- Manage the full lifecycle of company administrative assets, including procurement, registration, allocation, transfer, maintenance, inventory verification, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate records of office equipment, furniture, electronic devices, meeting room equipment, and other fixed assets.
- Conduct regular asset inventories, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and coordinate asset allocation and tracking across departments.
- Ensure compliance with company asset management policies and internal control procedures.
- Prepare asset reports and supporting documentation for audits and management review.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Operations, Desktop Support, Office Administration, Procurement, Asset Management, or related functions.
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
- Experience with ERP, procurement, or asset management systems is an advantage.
- Experience in coordinating with vendors for IT services, procurement, maintenance, and related activities.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to coordinate effectively with vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and professionalism.
