Responsibilities
Represent and promote brands to build meaningful connections with diverse customers and expand market presence
Execute marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results and increase brand awareness
Manage and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and develop leadership capabilities
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic to contribute effectively to team goals
Actively learn and adapt to feedback to improve performance and skills continuously
Engage enthusiastically with customers to build rapport and foster long-term relationships
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Ambition to grow professionally and collaborate effectively with others
Energy and eagerness to learn, including candidates without prior marketing or sales experience
