Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the store.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandise display.
Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate store employees.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints professionally.
Monitor store expenses and control operational costs.
Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure proper cash handling and financial reporting procedures.
Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of retail, F&B, or customer service management experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Sales-oriented with strong customer service skills.
