Marketing & Promotions Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly promotions, festive campaigns, events and activations.

• Develop campaign ideas, activities, redemption programmes and promotional initiatives.

• Manage campaign timelines, ensuring all activities and deliverables are completed on schedule.

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and internal teams for event setup and tear-down.

• Work closely with advertising/digital teams on advertisements, collaterals and social media content.

• Review and ensure accuracy of posters, signages, communications and promotional materials.

• Apply for relevant licences and permits for promotions, lucky draws, events and other activities.

• Manage temporary staff supporting campaigns and redemption activities.

• Be on-site during events and activations to ensure smooth operations.

PR & Media

• Handle media and press enquiries.

• Prepare media kits, campaign content, invitations, RSVPs and goodie bags.

• Coordinate with KOLs, influencers, bloggers and media partners for selected campaigns.

Partnerships & Collaborations

• Develop and manage partnerships with brands, hotels, tourist organisations, sponsors and businesses.

• Identify new collaboration opportunities to enhance campaigns and drive customer engagement.
