Responsibility

• Delivery Order preparation for return of repaired /replacement / faulty parts and update to GMS Job Tracker on a timely basis

• To receive, update and sort service reports from field engineers and service agents

• To call and recover GMS on loan parts and collection of customer faulty parts for repair or as replacements,

• To attend walk-in customers / dealers handling reception of faulty parts for repair

• Any ad-hoc or additional task assign by Superior
