Role Overview
The Office Facilities Executive supports the daily operations of the facility, ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, functional, and maintained to the required standards.
The role involves conducting regular floor and facility inspections, monitoring and coordinating service requests through the
GUTS FM platform
, and supporting the Facilities/Soft Services team in overseeing cleaning vendor performance and service delivery.
Job Scope
Conduct regular floor/facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
Monitor and manage service requests through the
GUTS FM platform
.
Track tickets, follow up on outstanding issues, and escalate urgent matters.
Support the Facilities Manager in managing
cleaning vendors
and monitoring service standards.
Conduct cleaning inspections and coordinate corrective actions for service gaps/complaints.
Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders on facilities-related matters.
Support ad-hoc facilities and soft services activities.
Requirements
Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Management, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience
in facilities, workplace, property, hospitality, or soft services operations.
Experience in
vendor/cleaning management
is an advantage.
Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable using
FM/ticketing systems
; GUTS FM experience is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and able to work independently.
Proactive, organised, and service-oriented.
