岗位职责
Job Responsibilities:
Report to the Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager.
Provide project management services for construction, renovation, A&A, infrastructure improvement and upgrading works.
Plan and develop a systematic means of communications amongst stakeholders to ensure every information is received and acted upon at the appropriate time.
Liaise with all parties including authorities, external contractors engaged by the Client.
Chair progress meeting with users, contractors, consultants and record the minutes.
Submit progress reports with photographs evidence to document contractor's progress.
Conduct site inspections to ensure the builts qualities are as per the technical specifications and site safety precautions are observed.
Conduct site coordination with all parties to ensure site cleanliness and smooth operations.
Ensureing smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and quality standards.
Create reports after each move detailing the information of the move items.
Coordinate move logistics, including (but not limited to) vehicle reservations, storage arrangements, and scheduling to resolve unexpected challenges.
Attend monthly meeting with the Client.
Undetake any other related duties stipulated by the Client.
Requirements
4 years of relevant experience in project management
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Building , Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or its equivalent
Candidate with Project Management experience
5.5 work week

Over the years, the company has grown by building on its core strengths. The company was then incorporated in Singapore into a private limited company in year 1996. Since then it has emerged as an established integrated facilities management service provider offering various types of professional services including facilities management, maintenance of building facilities, consultancy services, etc.
The company had also worked with several building contractors for A&A projects at various locations throughout Singapore. Such projects include areas from the commercial, government and institutional sectors. We have strong working relationships with our partners and specialists as we believed in teamwork, cooperation and unity.
We support the green movement and other energy conservation initiatives. We worked in collaboration with ESCOs to improve energy conservation efforts for clients. We are ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 18001:2000 certified.
