Job Summary

You will support clinical staff and assist patients throughout their smile journey while ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with patients by guiding them through their orthodontic treatment journey
• Assist clinical staff in delivering high-quality dental care by supporting their daily tasks
• Manage front desk duties including patient communication and appointment coordination to ensure efficient clinic flow
• Perform sterilization, laboratory, and housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe clinical environment
• Use computer skills to update patient records and manage clinic documentation accurately
• Demonstrate enthusiasm in learning new skills and sharing knowledge with team members to enhance clinic performance
• Exhibit team spirit and commitment by collaborating effectively with colleagues

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to speak and write in English to communicate effectively in an English-speaking environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Competence in computer skills to support clinic administrative tasks
• Willingness to assist doctors in all procedures
