Responsibilities

Active Lead Generation:
Independently prospect, cold call, and generate own business leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

End-to-End Sales Cycle:
Manage the entire client lifecycle from initial cold outreach to deal closing, achieving monthly placement targets.
·
Needs Analysis & Matching:
Evaluate employer requirements and match them with suitable MDWs to maximize closing rates.
·
Coordination & Compliance:
Schedule candidate interviews and ensure all legal and agency documentation is processed promptly and accurately.
·
Client Retention & After-Sales:
Provide proactive after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships and generate repeat referral business.

Required Competencies and Certifications

- Goal-oriented drive with ademonstrated ability to build a client base independently and exceed benchmarks.
- Ability to work a 6-day work week schedule.
