Company Description Russian Language Center in Singapore provides Russian language lessons for adults at all levels as part of its mission to promote Russian culture and traditions locally. Learners from diverse backgrounds study in small groups or privately, with both face-to-face and online options.

Role Description The Russian Language Teacher will deliver engaging Russian language lessons to small groups and individual learners, following the Center’s structured curriculum and adapting materials for different proficiency levels and learning goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, preparing teaching materials, assessing student progress, and providing feedback. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent teaching standards and may participate in cultural or language-related activities organized by the Center. This is a part-time role, and it is an on-site position located in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Russian, with excellent command of spoken and written language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered, inclusive approach.
• Relevant degree in Russian language, linguistics, education, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience teaching in group and one-to-one settings, ideally including online or hybrid formats is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore on weekdays in the evening and on weekends.
