Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with experience in a supervisory or store management role.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing retail operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Good commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in premium, luxury, jewellery, lifestyle, or travel retail is an added advantage.

Comfortable serving local and international customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage basic sales and operational reports.

Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.

Drive sales performance and achieve store sales targets through effective sales strategies.

Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to deliver excellent customer service and sales performance.

Ensure high standards of customer experience, product presentation, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.

Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy, replenishment, and stock movement.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Monitor sales and operational performance and prepare regular reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, security requirements, and store regulations.

Identify opportunities to improve sales, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Work closely with internal departments and relevant airport stakeholders to support smooth store operations.
