• Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.

• Allocate manpower and machines according to production requirements.

• Monitor production output, efficiency, quality and delivery schedules.

• Ensure operators follow work instructions, standard operating procedures and safety requirements.

• Coordinate with the Quality Department on non-conforming products and corrective actions.

• Work with Engineering and Maintenance to resolve production and machine-related issues.

• Monitor material usage, machine downtime, scrap and rework.

• Train, guide and evaluate production operators.

• Maintain production records and submit daily or periodic production reports.

• Promote 5S, workplace safety and continuous improvement within the production area.

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field. Candidates with relevant working experience may also be considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision engineering or CNC machining.
• At least 2 years of experience in supervising production operators or production teams.
• Good understanding of production processes, production planning, manpower allocation and daily production scheduling.
• Able to monitor production output, achieve daily production targets and ensure timely completion of production orders.
• Good leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to work independently, take initiative and work under pressure to meet production deadlines.
