Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and continuous evolution of an AI-driven engineering ecosystem, leveraging AI agents to enhance software development, automation, and project delivery capabilities.
• Architect and implement multi-agent collaboration frameworks, development workflows, governance standards, and automation tools to support system enhancement, feature development, automated testing, and delivery execution.
• Integrate AI agent solutions with existing enterprise platforms, including microservices architecture, backend applications, databases, and messaging infrastructures.
• Establish quality assurance and validation frameworks to ensure AI-generated deliverables meet organizational standards for code quality, functionality, performance, scalability, and security.
• Drive the adoption of best practices through automated code reviews, testing strategies, static analysis, performance optimization, and security controls.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical requirements, align development priorities, manage system interfaces, and ensure successful project implementation within agreed timelines.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements to enhance engineering efficiency, software quality, and development productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Java development experience within enterprise application environments.
• Strong experience in designing and developing microservices-based and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with multi-database and system integrations across complex business environments.
• Experience with Java development frameworks and technologies, including:
• JPA / Hibernate
• MyBatis
• JUnit
• RESTful API Development
• Strong SQL programming skills and practical experience working with relational database management systems such as Oracle 11g/12c, MySQL, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience or working knowledge of technologies including Redis, Kafka, Oracle, MySQL, and ClickHouse, with an understanding of their architectural use cases and performance trade-offs.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain scalable enterprise applications in production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong passion for performance optimization, with proven experience identifying and resolving bottlenecks across application code, database queries, caching layers, and messaging systems.
• Exposure to or practical experience with AI-assisted software development tools, including code generation, intelligent IDE assistants, agent-based development frameworks, and automation platforms.
• Understanding of AI-driven software engineering practices, agent orchestration, and automated development workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning and adoption of emerging AI technologies.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
